Uzurii is a luxury footwear brand known for bold, embellished designs — statement shoes that demand equally striking visuals. They needed a large volume of product photography for their website, social media channels, and digital ad campaigns, but traditional photoshoots at the quality level their brand required were expensive, slow, and logistically complex for each new collection drop. They came to us looking for a way to produce hero-quality product visuals faster and at a fraction of the cost — without sacrificing the premium aesthetic their brand is built on.

We started by building a deep understanding of Uzurii’s visual language — studying their existing photography, identifying recurring style elements like lighting direction, surface textures, background tones, and the way their products are staged. From there we developed a structured prompt framework in Midjourney and Flux that could reliably reproduce their aesthetic across different colourways and styles.

For product consistency across images, we used NanaBanana to lock in the exact product details from reference photos — ensuring the AI output matched the actual shoe designs rather than hallucinating details. Each image set went through iterative refinement rounds, with final selections upscaled and touched up to deliver hero-ready files. The result was a repeatable production system that could generate a full product image set for a new style in a matter of hours.

We delivered over 50 hero-quality product images across multiple styles and settings — in 48 hours, at roughly 90% less cost than an equivalent traditional photoshoot. The images were used directly on the Uzurii website, in Meta ad campaigns, and across their Instagram. The brand now has a scalable visual production process they can activate for every new collection without ever booking a studio.
